First, I think all spouses eat differently when their "cat" is away. For me it's generally more healthy than my husband likes to eat and sometimes less involved meals. I love that you cooked this amazing, flavor feast for you. It looks great (and my husband would love it too, I mean my cat). Can I use fresh shrimp? Frozen scares me.
